BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 6800 block of Shallowford Road, being off the northeast line of Shallowford Road at Jordan Drive. Lot 5-C, Resubdivision of Lot 5, Shallowford at Lee Village, as shown by plat of record in plat book 43, page 142, R.O.H.C. Said lot begins on the northeast line of Jordan Drive 116.24 feet northeast of the intersection of the southeast line of Jordan Drive with the northeast line of Shallowford Road, thence with Jordan Drive northwest 201.81 feet, on a curve northwest and northeast 131.46 feet, and northeast 176.44 feet, thence southeast 201.08 feet, thence southwest 425.55 feet to the northeast line of Jordan Drive, the point of beginning. from C-2 Convenience Commercial District to C-1 Highway Commercial District. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
